Great selection, great prices, but more importantly…. BEST customer service in town!!! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Puts customer satisfaction waaaay above profit. Several times they have walked me through fixing a problem I was having instead of just letting me buy new product. That’s TRUE customer service and is refreshing to say the least. Ed was so helpful! Came to him to buy a gift and he just didn’t sell me anything, he took to explain the difference between each product of interest! His customer service is the best in the industry! You won’t be disappointed!
Great shop with all the essentials you need. The prices are higher than others, but the service and quality of products is superb! Plus it’s next to Mikuni’s… all around a WIN!
What a great place! Staff was immediately inviting and rushed to help us find everything we needed. They gave us a run down of every product we bought and how to keep them working right. Wish I lived around this store because it would be my go to.
